I am a Licensed Real Estate Agent and State Certified Residential Appraiser in both Washington & Florida. My real estate career began in 2003 in Florida then expanded to Washington in 2019 when I moved to the Puget Sound Area. I am Senior & LGBTQ+ Friendly, and pride myself on being an honest and trustworthy person while treating every person with respect and kindness.

I do provide real estate services to everyone, however, my areas of expertise are working with Seniors, Estate, Probate, Divorce, Bankruptcy & Foreclosure in Thurston County (cities of Yelm, Tenino, Rainier, Lacey, Olympia, Tumwater) & Pierce County (cities of Roy, Spanaway, McKenna, Parkland, Tacoma).

In order to maintain multiple licenses it is a requirement to take 20-30 hours of continuing education every year, As a result, this becomes a benefit to the consumer. I have taken courses in Ethics, Fair Housing, Senior Real Estate, Real Estate Law, Construction, Countless Courses in Valuation Methodology and FHA compliance just to name a few.
